MATT DALBEY
Matt Dalbey is a son of the Father, passionate lover of Jesus, partner with the Holy Spirit, husband, dad, friend, #1 bestselling author, public speaker, and entrepreneur.

TAMRA DALBEY
Tamra has a calling from the Lord to raise up worshipers and lovers of God in this "new wineskin" era of the Church.
​
Her dream is to see the Body of Christ living as a "royal priesthood, a holy nation" for the Lord. A people who would, like Romans 12:1 says, "Offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God – this is your true and proper worship." And that she would use her life to model and facilitate ministering to the heart of the Lord, first, before ministering to any other.

Tamra has led corporate worship, led women's Bible studies, and served in children's ministry since 2004. One of her favorite things is to see reserved people catch fire for Jesus and begin to live out their calling, empowered by Holy Spirit to use their voice to impact others.

Tamra has been married to Matt Dalbey since 2004 and currently homeschools their three children.
DOTTIE SWARTZ
Dottie began serving the Lord by teaching various Sunday school and Christian School kids’ classes for several years. She has the heart of a reformer, which means someone who makes changes to something to improve it. She's also passionate about promoting an authentic Holy Spirit filled and led life through prophetic exhortation and equipping strategic intercessors.

Dottie has facilitated conferences for the Federation of Ministers. She and Luci Wurch initiated a prayer room in Grants Pass for several years, ministered with Freedom Fire Ministries to the First Nations people in Utah. Dottie traveled to Washington DC with the International Leadership Embassy for national prayer to raise awareness for God's Kingdom governmental authority.

Dottie was ordained in 1996 through Oasis Christion Fellowship in Shell Beach, California has had training through Rally Call Ministries, and Firehouse International prophetic schools. She has served on the boards of Aglow International and Firehouse International. She also led the I-5 Diamond prayer networks for Josephine County and currently is serving as a board member of Spirit & Truth.
Dottie and her husband, Tony, have been married for 35 years, have 3 children, 10 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. They served together at the Shepherds Inn in Coos Bay as discipleship leaders.
JAY NURMI
Jay loves Jesus and people with all his heart. He is the founder of God's On The Move For U homeless ministry.

Jay previously served as a recovery group leader for a combined 8 years for Celebrate Recovery and also at the Dine in Faith restaurant in Glendale, Oregon.
​
He formerly led Kingdomfest Ministries for 2.5 years.
​
Jay also regularly shares the love of Jesus as a chapel speaker at the Grants Pass Gospel Rescue Mission.
